Account Information

When you create a TradingSFX account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up through a third-party provider (e.g., Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider.

Trading Data

You may voluntarily input trading journal entries, trade logs, screenshots, notes, strategy configurations, and performance data. This data is stored to provide you with analytics, coaching insights, and performance tracking.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, browser type, IP address, and referring URLs.

Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. We may receive limited payment information such as the last four digits of your card and billing address.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the TradingSFX platform and its features
• Generate AI-powered coaching insights and performance analytics based on your trading data
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you important service updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Send promotional communications (only with your consent; you can opt out at any time)
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

TradingSFX uses artificial intelligence to provide trading coaching, pattern recognition, and performance analysis. Your trading data may be processed by AI models to generate personalized insights. We do not use your individual trading data to train general-purpose AI models. Your data is processed solely to provide you with the services you have requested.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with the following categories of third parties:

• Service providers: Infrastructure (Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for deployment), payment processing (Stripe), analytics tools, and email services that help us operate the platform
• Legal compliance: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
• With your consent: We may share information for purposes you have specifically agreed to

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, secure authentication with row-level security policies, regular security audits, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.

TradingSFX is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by email.
